All Swedish honey crystallizes over time, how long this takes depends on which flowers the bees have collected nectar from. This honey should be stored at room temperature, colder storage accelerates crystallization, should not be exposed to sunlight.

Forest honey is a type of honey where the bees collect nectar from forest areas. This includes nectar from lingonberries, blueberries, forest clover, rallar rose and heather, linden.
