Swedish autumn honey is completely without additives, bees have collected nectar and at the same time pollinated our Swedish flowers. Autumn honey has a robust and smooth taste, with its autumnal taste, it goes well with most things. Firm late summer honey with slightly complex flavour and mild flower notes. The colour may vary, from pale to tan.

Autumn honey is harvested during a short period when the bees have gathered nectar mostly from heather located in Trollhättan. Grästorp. Essunga. Nosse Bridge.

Honey is never recommended for children under 1 year as it may contain botulism bacteria (Clostridium botulinum) which are found in nature where the bees get their food. These are also the recommendations of the Swedish Food Agency.
