Early summer Honey is a completely natural product that comes from bees around Västra Götaland, the nectar collected by the bees comes from spring flowers, fruit trees and flowering Rapeseed and dandelions during pre summer, the taste of the honey is mild and smooth.
Our Swedish Early Summer Honey is carefully processed for the best quality and has a smooth and soft texture.
The honey we collect from our apiaries located in Trollhättan, Grästorp, Nossebro, Essunga, Vara.
Honey is never recommended for children under 1 year as it may contain botulism bacteria (Clostridium botulinum) which are found in nature where the bees get their food. These are also the recommendations of the Swedish Food Agency.
